You register with an email address and a password. We send an email to verify the address, and emails when you ask to reset your password. Your name and phone number, if you enter them, are kept on your profile. Some older accounts sign in with a phone number instead of an email.Aap email address aur password se register karte hain. Passwords are kept by the sign-in service as a one-way hash, not as readable text. Your products, stock, bills, khata, suppliers, repairs, staff and settings are saved on the device first — the Windows app keeps them in a database on the computer (in C:\ProgramData\KulHisab), the web app in the browser's storage. When you are online, changes are sent to KulHisab's cloud database (run on Supabase). Before a Windows update changes the database, the app saves a copy of it on the same computer. You decide what each staff member may see and do. A staff member can have their own login under your shop. Payments are made by bank transfer or EasyPaisa. You upload the receipt (a picture or a PDF) with its transaction ID in the app. We keep the receipt, the amount, the method and our decision. An approved payment gets an invoice, which we email to you. KulHisab does not take card details.Payment bank transfer ya EasyPaisa se hoti hai. A subscription works on one Windows computer at a time. To know which computer that is, the Windows app installs two background services. They read six identifiers of the computer — the motherboard serial, the BIOS ID, the processor ID, the system disk serial, the network card and the Windows machine ID — and send them, with the computer's name, a hardware summary (processor, memory, disk) and the app version, when the computer registers and on regular check-ins while it is on.Ek subscription ek waqt mein ek Windows computer par chalti hai. KulHisab's control room shows, for each account: your name, email, phone and whether the email is verified; your shop's name and category; your subscription, payments, receipts and invoices; your devices with the details above, whether they are online and when they were last seen; when you last synced; and how many products, bills and records your shop holds. It does not list your bills, stock or khata entries one by one. Each invoice you print carries a QR code. Anyone who scans it can open a copy of that invoice — the shop's name, the bill number, the date, the items and the totals — to check that it is genuine. It never includes cost or profit. If KulHisab blocks an account, it is signed out everywhere and its Windows computer locks. To delete your account, contact us.
